Long Island Child Photographer-Fund raiser Mini Session Mr. T and Mr. J.

Here is a collage from the photos I got at one of the fund raiser mini sessions I held. This was a second visit for this family so they get to be blogged first :-) I donated $75 from each session to my son's friend Nick Portugal who is fighting Leukemia, sadly.... I am thankful that these two cuties stopped by to support that family... Here are two cutie brothers. They first came for Valentine minis... Mom brought them by again and so glad she did. Look at these cute photos... Hope to see them again sometime.

Long Island Photographer First Birthday Session-Alex's 1st Birthday

What a cutie this little man was. Sometimes I do a cake smash for the first birthday and sometimes I don't. We had a lot of fun trying to keep this little guy still long enough to take his photos. We tried many props and well, it worked. Got lots of cute photos. Here are a few from the session. He had the cutest smile and beautiful lashes.

Long Island Photographer Communion Session-Ms. Jenna's Communion

I was so lucky to take this beautiful young lady's communion photos. She was one of the most amazing kids I have photographed. I was so impressed with how comfortable and relaxed she was. She listened SO well to all my directions. I had the best time taking her beautiful photos!!! It was a great session!!

Long Island Photographer Newborn Session-Family "L"... Introducing Alexander....

After the maternity session the "L" family headed back for their newborn session. Baby Alexander was just around a month old but I was able to get some nice lifestyle type shots of him and his family. I was able to sneak a couple sleeping photos in there even though he was an older newborn. I have taken his brothers newborn photos and was so excited to see them for their 3rd baby. It is so exciting to have clients that keep coming back to me!!! Congratulations on your new baby "L" family!!!!

Here is one of my favorite families. The L Family.... They came to me for a maternity session and we had some fun. Got a lot of different photos and I love them all. Here is a preview of some of the shots I got that day. They came back after the baby was born and I will blog that newborn session next. That session was great too... Hey a newborn baby and me?? LOL of course it was great!!!

The best is a Saturday afternoon....

Saturdays are simply the best....

What is there not to love about going to a barn and riding horses?? There is nothing NOT to love! It is the best!!! I have always loved horses. When I was a kid my mom had let us take a few trail rides when we were on vacation. They were simply heaven. When I was looking for things for my older, not particularly sports inclined, son to do activity wise, horseback riding came to mind but I don't remember how. He loves it! All the boys ride because how could only one live the best dream ever! LOL.... 

   They have all been riding for 2 years now. I wish I had more money to make it more of a full time activity than just a half an hour a week. With 3 riding that is not practical but hey once a week is way more than none a week!!! ;-)  It is such an amazing experience!

    I always fibbed when I was younger claiming that I "owned a pony"... Ummmm yeah at some fake relatives house, on some fake barn "they" owned. I don't remember what the name of "my" pony was but it was white. At least I remember something about he or she. Probably a she. The joy in life now is the horses that my boys "own" now. Hee hee well they "own" them for the half an hour they ride on them each week. The barn is great in every way. I look forward to each week and cherish each lesson as they get better and better!
